Unless otherwise stated or you the purchaser have made prior arrangements, all shipping is via Australia Post. Delivery schedules as per Australia Post Guidelines. PLEASE NOTE:- Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery.
Our shipping charges are added to all items purchased and are calculated at the checkout and are as follows -
- Australia - $9.95 by eParcel Express, signature required upon delivery
- International - $24.95 by Air Mail Includes Insurance to the value of $100 - (Insurance excludes Germany & Cananda)
- Express Courier International - $49.95 - via ECI
- Store Pick - Free, if you are local in Cairns, Far North Queensland you can come to us and pick you item up, you will need to make an appointment to do this after placing your order to ensure someone will be available for you collect it. .

Australian Customers
All items shipped via Express Post unless other wise stated. Eparcel Express does not guarantee next day delivery. Generally Queensland customers can expect overnight delivery, excluding regional areas, although not guaranteed. All other states 2-3 days, in most cases. Allow more time for remote areas. Generally deliveries to Brisbane or Gold Coast arrive overnight, to Metro Melbourne or Sydney arrive in 2 days, to Adelaide 2 days in most cases but safer to allow 3 days, , Darwin 1-3, Tasmania 2-3 days, Perth 3 in most cases but occassionally 2 days. these are number of days AFTER despatch day.

International Customers
All items shipped via Air Mail unless other wise stated. All items are insured up to the value of $100.00
Additional insurance is available over $100 for an extra $2.50 per extra $100.00. Items are trackable in most countries, please advise if you require more than $100 of cover. You must request the Extra insurance in the comments section of your order when checking out.
AIR MAIL - Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. For most countries delivery is between 5-10 business days although allow up to 14 business days. Allow more time for remote areas.
EXPRESS - Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. For most countries delivery is between 3-5 business days although allow up to 7 business days. Allow more time for remote areas. Items are fully trackable online.
Insurance Cover (international customers only - Not avaialable for Germany & Cananda) will insure your goods up to the value of $100.00 and is a service provided through the Australia Post Network. Click here to view further details about the insurance offered on the Australia Post website. The information relating to insurance on the Australia Post website should be read in conjunction the International Post Regualtions Guide found on that website. Insurance cover does not cover any other loss of any nature whatsoever other than the price of the products invoiced and contained in the package insured. In the event that a claim against insurance needs to be lodged you will be required to provide any information requested by Australia Post to complete the claim. The insurance cover is provided by a thrid party and whilst fasciantors.net will take all reasonable action to assist with the claims process fascinators.net has no ability to control such third parties and therefore takes no responsiblity whatsoever for the outcome of any claim.
Delays may occur depending on any custom or quarantine restrictions, please check with your local postal service for details. fascinators.net is unable to monitor the various customs and quarantine restirctions throughout the world and therefore can take no responsiblity for any situation that may arise. It is the responsiblity of you the customer to check with your local authoirities prior to ordering.

Packaging
When posting your fascinator, we will either pack it with tissue paper or it may be tied to the bottom of a postage box and covered in tissue paper. This eliminates it falling on itself during transit and damaging any of the feathers. Although we take every care with the packing of it, we can not be responsible for any damaged caused throughout it's journey.
Returns
Please choose carefully as Refunds or returns are generally not permitted unless authorised at the sole descretion of Fascinators.net . Any return must be approved prior to the return of the goods. Any claims are to be made within 7 days of the purchase date. If at the sole descretion of Fasciantors.net a refund and/or return is offered Fascinators.net reserves the right to imply such terms, conditions, deductions or like to that refund and/or return that Fascinators.net deems necessary. There is no refund or exchange on Custom Made designs. A refund will not be processed until the goods are returned to Fascinators.net at the expense of the customer in good condition and in original packaging. The Postage costs associated with supplying the goods to the custmer and a restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% , whichever is the higher, will be deducted from any refund and/or return processed. Fascinators.net reserves the right to use its sole descretion to refuse a refund upon inspection of the returned goods. If goods are, for whatever reason, returned the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Fasciantors.net. Some of the reasons for refusal of a return are listed below.
you are not entitiled to a refund if you:-
- Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
- realise you can't afford the goods;
- found the same item elswhere;
- chose the wrong style or colour;
- make a wrong selection
- decide the style or colour you choose is not suitable;
- were responsible for damaging the products.
